PRODUCTION
A GRC fabric mix is poured into moulds into which the Kingframe is fixed. |

DELIVERY
Delivery is made to site using low loaders or flat bed trailers with panel racking. |

ERECTION
Unloading is done by crane on-site directly into position. No scaffolding is normally required. A three man crew can install up to 200 sq m of Fabrik panels per day. Installation occurs very quickly using stainless steel fixing brackets back to substructure e.g. steel frame or inner leaf wall, SIP etc. |

EXTERNAL JOINTING
Appropriate silicone mastic is applied in accordance with manufacturers instructions to seal external joints. Joint sides are protected by masking tape if necessary.
CLEANING DOWN
After allowing the silicone seals to cure (Approx. 3 days) the external facades are cleaned down as necessary to remove site dirt or cement bloom by water washing with mild acid or other proprietary cleaners prior to hand over to the client. |

INTERNAL FIT OUT
Insulation to the specified value is then fitted to the Kingframe followed by plasterboard to the desired level/thickness and strength which is screwed to the stud frame. All joints are then taped and the internal walls may be skimmed. |
