Fabrik façade panel 18mm-23mm (comprising external facing (in range of finishes) 6-8mm thick non-structural. Internal backing (GRC) minimum 12-15mm thick). Overall complete build-up thickness (i.e. Fabrik façade, cavity, insulation and Kingframe) is flexible depending on application, insulation thickness required and wind loadings etc. Typical total thickness will range from 220mm to 340mm |

Steel – BS EN 10147 Grade S390 GD, C Section Galvanised.
Insulation – Kingspan Kooltherm K15 Rainscreen manufactured from closed cell rigid phenolic insulation
core, incorporating foil facings on both sides.
Facade Fasteners – stainless steel flex anchors.
Fastenings – self drill/tap type fasteners and high strength steel rivets are zinc plated with an organic coating.
Facade – a composite material mix, comprising a cement and silica sand matrix reinforced with chemical
resistant glass fibres, to produce a high compressive strength, lightweight concrete with
enhanced tensile and flexural properties. |

| Delivery & Site
Installation |
Delivery – Dependent on individual panel dimensions. Panels are typically delivered to site on low loader or flat bed trailers with customised racking.
Site Handling – Hoist or site crane depending on application.
Installation – Via Approved Installers.
Fixing – Tech screws and bolts typically M12 express anchors. |

Panels are labelled with a unit reference no. which indicates location on site. |
| External Jointing |
Appropriate silicone mastic applied in accordance with manufacturers instructions. |
| Cleaning |
Fitted panels are cleaned of site dirt after silicone mastic has cured. |
Insulation & Internal
Plaster Boarding |
For BRE Certification 12.5mm or 15mm Gypsum Board or 12.5mm Fermacell can be used.
Other non BRE Certification options are available supplied by others. |
